Shipping & returns

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent confirming the purchase. Each piece is individually manufactured on demand, so it may take up to 15 business days to produce them in our studio in Modena, Italy. The production time does not include shipping.

The cost of each shipment will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation, so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming payment.

The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these additional payments.

Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track it.

Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be processed from the following business day. The current delivery date may be affected by delays due to transportation, weather conditions or other external factors, as well as during the Christmas season.

Please check the shipping tracking information that you will receive via email to have the most accurate delivery date.

At Indomita Heirlooms you have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your package to initiate the process of a return. In case of any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us at indomitaheirlooms@gmail.com, we'll be happy to assist you!
